

3 teaspoons olive oil
1 pound turkey breasts
1 can Sugar Busters!® Pasta Sauce
1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
6 cups hot cooked Sugar Busters!® Spirals Parmesan cheese, shredded
In a large skillet, saute turkey in half of the oil until browned. Remove. Combine pasta sauce, onion, cheese, rosemary and pepper. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Return turkey to skillet and heat thoroughly. Garnish with parmesan cheese. Serves 6.
